Job Description

1.     Maintain and control the daily Project operations/daily activities.

2.     Discrepancy stock physically compare to the system.

3.     Control the staff productivity and maintain the staff discipline.

4.     Liaise with Inventory team to define cycle count/stock take schedule.

5.     Control all the inbound & outbound daily activities of warehouse in coordination with Warehouse Manager.

6.     Ensure that the stock accuracy reported to Warehouse Manager is physically matched with the system.

7.     Coordinate with Inventory team on the cycle count plan.

8.     Control in/out bound activities in terms of SOP and manpower.

9.     Monitor operation and ensure all activities are finished on time.

10.  Manage & control all return material and coordinate with customers for resolution.

11.  Update loading vehicle status and next day loading plan.

12.  Follow up/check daily cycle count, count after replenishment and count after put away.

13.  Randomly check and verify cycle count, counting after put away & replenishment.

14.  Ensure that all activities are conducted in strict compliance with the SOPs and policies to prevent issues related to quality, health, safety (including food safety), and the environment.

Skills & Experience

1 - 2  years of relevant experience.

Skills & Competencies Required

• Knowledge of Warehouse Management system & Floor Operation.
• Ensure 100% accuracy for all Inbound & Outbound orders.
• Perform Cycle count as and when required.
• Provide Daily reports to relevant teams.
• Support Project operations/daily activities.
• Resolve discrepancy in stock physically Vs system.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Excellent follow-up skills to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
• Ability to meet deadlines and perform effectively under pressure.
